All shipping is handled via UPS.

Return Policy

Merchandise purchased on stringnswing.com or one of our retail stores may be returned to for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following requirements:

  1. Merchandise was purchased from stringnswing.com.
  2. Must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted be returned.
  3. Must have a receipt or packing slip to receive a full refund. All items returned without a receipt or packing slip will not be accepted.
  4. Original condition is defined as follows:
    1. Racquets must be in original condition, with header card and grip packaging still in
      place. No signs of wear on bumper guards or butt caps of any kind. Strung racquets
      will not be refunded the price of the string.
    2. Shoes must be in original box with all cards and papers still in the box and shoes.
      They must be not worn or blemished.
    3. Clothing, bags and strings must be returned unused with all tags still attached to the
      products, material must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered, and must be in its original
      packaging or outer packaging.
    4. Reasons for returns must be indicated on all returns using the Return Form,
      noting if you want a return, an exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  1. Confirm that your return meets the above criteria.
  2. If purchased in one of our stores, please return to the same store as the original purchase, and we will gladly handle your return or exchange.
  3. Using the original packaging, box up your items in the origin making sure that all the guidelines are met and followed to ensure a full refund (above). Making sure to include the proof of purchase or packing slip, and the filled out Return Form.
  4. Attach the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels. String ’n Swing is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
  5. Using UPS (find the nearest store here). Ship the items back to:

  6. Please allow up to 5 days for String ’n Swing to receive and process your return. All credits will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 days of the processing of your return.

Defective/Wrong Items shipped

If a defective or incorrect item was shipped, please contact us immediately at support@stringnswing.com and we will assist you in obtaining the correct items.
